About the Program
Integrated Services Northwest (ISN) provides Intake and Service Coordination for the following voluntary children’s service agencies:

Lake of the Woods Child Development Centre (CDC)
Family & Children’s Services (FACS)
Kenora Association for Community Living (KACL)
Patricia Centre for Children & Youth (PCCY)

These agencies provide a variety of services such as:

Counseling
Developmental Services
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Physiotherapy (PT)
Psychology/Psychometry
Speech & Language Pathology

The Children’s Service Agencies Serve
Children from birth to 18 years of age throughout the Kenora and Rainy River Districts.

Cost
There are no costs for parents/caregivers. These services are funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and the Ontario Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care.

Location
The Children’s Case Management Program covers the entire Kenora/Rainy River District.
